What is your return policy?
According to Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), products purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. To be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of wear, washing, or damage, and with the original tags attached. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. For cash-on-delivery orders, you have the option to check the product upon receipt before making the payment.
Are products discounted?
Our prices reflect the true value of the raw materials, the production process, and the quality standards we adhere to. We do not artificially inflate prices to create fictional discounts. Occasionally, we may offer limited discounts or special benefits through partnerships and promotional campaigns.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed directly on the website, after selecting the product and size. After the order is registered, you will be contacted by our team for confirmation and delivery details. Payment can be made either online by card or upon receipt of the package, by cash on delivery.
Where are the parts manufactured?
Each piece is produced from Grade A cashmere wool, processed exclusively by certified suppliers - Consinee. We do not compromise on raw materials, as this is the foundation of the entire concept.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over 90€. Below this amount, the delivery cost will be communicated upon order confirmation.
